Robin Wilson

Robin started his singing career with the Scottish Junior Singers under conductor Agnes Duncan MBE, singing in venues throughout the West of Scotland as well as on BBC Radio and Television. Since then, he has appeared in many musicals, operettas and operas including SOUTH PACIFIC, MY FAIR LADY, WEST SIDE STORY, THE MIKADO, THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE, TALES OF HOFFMAN and LA TRAVIATA. Robin has played numerous and diverse principal roles such as Pooh-Bah in THE MIKADO, Daddy Warbucks in ANNIE, both Billy Bigelow and Jigger Craigin in CAROUSEL, Sky Masterson in GUYS AND DOLLS, Frank Butler in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, Emile de Becque in SOUTH PACIFIC, Wild Bill Hickok in CALAMITY JANE, Julian Marsh in 42ND STREET, Moonface Martin in ANYTHING GOES, Bertie Bassett in LADY BE GOOD and Alfred P. Doolittle in MY FAIR LADY. Robin also enjoys singing at events such as Burns Suppers and St. Andrews Nights for The Jolly Beggars, Mauchline Burns Club and other Burns clubs in the West of Scotland. MY FAIR LADY marks Robin?s debut with the Apollo Players and he looks forward to reprising his role of Alfred P. Doolittle.
