Matthew Kennedy

Matthew is delighted to be returning to the King's Theatre with the Apollo Players for his third appearance in our production of OLIVER! (2000-2002) - this year having been promoted through the ranks of Fagin's Gang to the role of Charley Bates. Previous productions here at the King's include roles such as Mr Myers in our junior production of FAME and also Little Jake in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN and THE KING AND I with Glasgow Light Opera Club. Matthew featured professionally in the pantomime Treasure Island at Glasgow's Pavilion Theatre and is currently a member of the Junior School of Drama at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. He has also taken part in shows with Hamilton District Youth Theatre. Filming includes two educational videos by Mirage for the Scottish Executive.
