Hugh Reid

Hugh has worked as a professional musician for the past ten years playing the organ, piano and keyboard. He has acted as a soloist, giving regular organ recitals and is much in demand as an accompanist. He is equally at home with the classical and popular repertoire and regularly arranges and composes music. Hugh is no stranger to Glasgow audiences, having worked for several city clubs including the Apollo Players, having been accompanist for BIG - THE MUSICAL, Musical Assistant for FAME, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, MACK AND MABEL, WEST SIDE STORY, ME AND MY GIRL, THE SOUND OF HIS MUSIC and COPACABANA. He is pleased to resume his role as Musical Director of OLIVER! (2000-2002) for his third year.
